Variety’s 2019 Inclusion Summit brings industry leaders and innovators supporting diversity in film, TV and digital media together to discuss the many facets of making equal representation an uncompromising pillar of entertainment.

“The summit is an ideal forum for an overdue elevated conversation about the authentic casting of people with disabilities in the entertainment industry,” says Ruderman Foundation president Jay Ruderman. “People with disabilities are the largest minority group in the world, representing 20 percent of the population, yet seldom are they authentically represented in film and TV projects.”
