Todd Ruderman

Todd Ruderman has an extensive background in commercial real estate. Throughout his career he’s worked for national construction firms, private equity groups and entrepreneurial startups. He specializes in property management, site acquisition, development and investment. In 2002 he founded Tarco Properties with the intent of growing a commercial real estate portfolio throughout the eastern United States. Today he owns Value Store It Management which manages close to 1.5 million square feet of self-storage properties in Florida and Massachusetts.  Todd also invests in self-storage, retail, multifamily, office and industrial properties throughout the US.  He is a committed sponsor of Autism research and supports programs including; The Lurie Center, Friendship Circle, The University of Miami Center for Autism and Related Disabilities, The Dan Marino Foundation, Best Buddies International, Crohn’s & Colitis and Scouts BSA.  Todd employs many adults with disabilities at 10 of his companies’ locations. He is a graduate from Northeastern University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and Babson College where he received a Master of Business Administration. He is a devoted parent of three children.
