In collaboration with Bentley University, we have created a white paper report focusing on mental health and emotional wellbeing for employees newly entering the workforce. 44% of companies have reported that they have increased their mental health resources because of COVID-19. While this number is certainly impressive, we would love to see it continue to rise. Our report also found that 72% of professionals felt employees would not be stigmatized at work for disclosing a mental health condition and yet, 85% of students were reluctant to raise issues with a manager.
