The Foundation has partnered with Dr. Daphne Holt at Mass General Hospital on a project that disseminates Resilience Training (RT), a behavioral intervention developed by the MGH Resilience and Prevention Program for colleges and universities to address the major stressors so common among this age group. RT has been shown, in several studies including a randomized controlled trial, to increase resilience, reduce transdiagnostic symptoms of mental illness and protect the overall mental health of college students. In this train-the-trainer model, facilitators will be able to provide these groups to students, particularly Jewish students, on campuses in Massachusetts.
