LINK20 Zoom Fest was initiated as a response to COVID-19. Over the past weeks, we have offered free online webinars on different topics such as social media and mental health, job search, disability and voting, and more.

On April 6, Daniel Jones, a YouTuber from the UK and the founder of the YouTube channel The Aspie  World spoke to us about his journey to becoming an influencer and the importance of using social media to advocate and raise awareness.

 

 

On April 2, we learned about accessible polls and the rights of people with disabilities. The presentation was given by Marlene Sallo, CEO of the Disability Law Center in MA. Click here to learn more about their work.

 

 

 

 

 

 

On March 25, we were joined by Wellesley College Researcher Linda Charmaraman. Linda’s presentation was focused on the effects social media has on young people’s mental health.
