Zoya Raynes is a Managing Director at Bank of America. She is a member of the Senior Relationship Management team, a group of professionals who are responsible for developing and strengthening relationships between Bank of America and key institutional investor clients. Ms. Raynes provides lead coverage for a strategic group of hedge fund, asset manager, pension, insurance and sovereign wealth fund clients. With over 25 years of Wall Street experience, Ms. Raynes previously worked at Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and Bear Stearns. She began her career in the Salomon Smith Barney Institutional Sales & Trading Analyst program upon graduation with honors from Drexel University.
Ms. Raynes is very active in the philanthropic community, including currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Funders Network (JFN), an international community of private foundations and philanthropists with over 3,000 members from 15 countries around the world whose mission is to promote meaningful giving and take an active part in the processes that change the thinking and action patterns of philanthropy in the Jewish world. Ms. Raynes is also on the board of UJA-Federation of New York, the Ruderman Family Foundation and the Jewish Heritage Program (JHP). She is past President of the Jewish Communal Fund (JCF) and an honorary trustee at Congregation Shearith Israel (the Spanish and Portuguese Synagogue).
Ms. Raynes was born in Kiev and immigrated to the US with her family in 1979. She resides in Manhattan with her husband Naftali Robert Friedman and their two sons.
