In 2016, Selena Gomez revealed her experience with depression and anxiety after ending her ‘Revival’ tour early.
Feeling alone in a sea of people, Selena started having panic attacks before and after performances.
HER SELF-ESTEEM DROPPED.
SHE WAS ANXIOUS.
SHE WAS DEPRESSED.
She sought out treatment and decided to put herself first.
She continues to seek treatment regularly and uses dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to improve her mood, to help with mindfulness, and to help regulate her emotions.
Mental health is a lifelong journey, and Selena is putting herself first.
