MGH ELEVATE Cohort 4 Kickoff – January 15, 2026

January 15, 2026 marked the kickoff for the fourth cohort of the program, which brings the total up to 61 participants across the institution. The keynote speaker was Dr. David Brown, President of Academic Centers for MGB, illustrating the importance of this program to hospital leadership. In addition to Dr. Brown, two of the Cohort 1 physicians—both of whom have ascended to significant leadership roles in the hospital—spoke glowingly about the impact of the program on their careers and their lives in general.
