On Monday, November 23, 2015, the Knesset Caucus for US-Israel Relations, headed by MK Dr. Nachman Shai, held a special session. The Caucus hosted former Senator Joe Lieberman. Knesset Speaker Yuli (Yoel) Edelstein, Coalition Chairman MK Tzachi Hanegbi and Foundation President Jay Ruderman addressed the participants. A full spectrum of Knesset members, from right to left, took part in the discussion, as did leaders of Jewish and Israeli organizations and movements, and representatives of dozens of other organizations that work to strengthen relations. The discussion focused on ways to enhance the three-way relationship among Israel, the United States and American Jewry after the signing of the nuclear deal.
