Ne’emanei Torah Va’Avodah

The Ruderman Family Foundation, together with the Ne’emanei Torah Va’Avodah movement, initiated the writing of two position papers about the Jewish community in the United States and its relations with Israel. One study was devoted to anchors, stigmas, and data related to the American Jewish community and the second study asked what the role of the American Jewish community in the Zionist project is. It discusses the community’s relationship with the State of Israel, from the days before the declaration of independence, through Israel’s early years and its struggles for survival, to the present day and the new challenges created by the changes the country has undergone, as well as the changes experienced by the American Jewish community.
