Jaime Lopez

Jaime Lopez joined the Ruderman Family Foundation as the Administrative and Operations Manager. In this role, Jaime works closely with the team and engages in process and systems, and supports the day-to-day operations and programs of the Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation, Jaime worked at the Barr Foundation for 15 years. During his time there, he held multiple positions supporting internal operations, programmatic work, and building relationships with grantees and partners. Jaime graduated from Northeastern University with bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting Management and earned a master’s degree from Suffolk University. He also studied abroad in China and participated in various international learning seminars.

Jaime is an active community member and enjoys helping others. He is the board chair at Sociedad Latina, a city-wide nonprofit organization working with Latino youth and families. He also volunteers his time with Boston Cares serving food at community kitchens, cleaning parks and beaches, and putting together meal packages at local food pantries. He is also a strong supporter of healthy democracies and has volunteered as a poll worker with the City of Boston throughout numerous election cycles.

In his free time, Jaime enjoys spending time with his family, connecting with friends, traveling, and exploring outdoor activities.
