Emma Forman

Emma is a Program Associate at the Ruderman Family Foundation. She is a Boston-based nonprofit professional with a Master’s in Nonprofit Management and Online Communications from Northeastern University. She brings her passion for trauma-informed approaches to mental healthcare equity to her role.

Emma comes to the foundation from the Trauma Research Foundation where she was a Program Specialist. Before that she worked at the Trefler Foundation for five years as a Program Associate.

Emma is an avid reader and art enthusiast. She spends her weekends either curled up on the couch with her cat, Mocha, enjoying a good book or exploring the latest art exhibition at any of the numerous museums and galleries throughout the Greater Boston area.
