MGH ELEVATE Cohort 2 Graduation – December 5, 2024

The graduation of the second ELEVATE cohort took place on December 5, 2024. The event included a fireside chat with former Director of the Centers for Disease Control, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, as well as moving speeches from two of the graduating physicians. It was clear from speaking with the faculty advisors, the Cohort 1 participants who remain connected to the program, and the Cohort 2 graduates, that this initiative has been transformational for their leadership styles, how they see themselves as leaders, and their relationships with one another.
