Mor Gilad

An educator and social entrepreneur working to promote equal opportunity for people with disabilities in the community and society. Among her other functions, Mor served as an educator at a school for children with complex disabilities, initiated the establishment of a branch of “Krembo Wings” youth movement in Ness-Ziona, Israel, for which she received a certificate of appreciation under the sign “Women leading change”. She was partner in establishing an employment center in a unique model for graduates with disabilities. Mor managed the domain of training and education in the “Krembo Wings” youth movement and founded the “Krembo Community”, which is engaged in the development of common social solutions for people with and without disabilities from early childhood to seniors. Holds a bachelor’s degree in multi-age special education from the Kibbutzim Seminary College and is towards the end of her studies in diagnostic and functional neurodevelopmental therapy.
