Caitlyn first joined the Ruderman Family Foundation in 2019 as an intern upon her graduation from Bentley University with B.S. in Management and a minor in Gender Studies. She is currently working on her MBA at Bentley, with a concentration in Data Analytics. In her spare time from work and studying, Caitlyn enjoys trying new restaurants in the Boston area, reading, and bonding with any animals that cross her path
