Aviva Goldstein

Aviva has many years of experience working in the NGO realm in various capacities, including Legal Counsel, Executive Assistant and Foundations’ Liaison. She also worked as a Music Therapist for children with Autism.

Aviva was born in New York and moved to Israel as a child with her parents and sister.  After completing her schooling and IDF service in the Nahal Unit, Aviva studied music in New York and played the Flute in an orchestra and different ensembles. When she returned to Israel she studied Law and became a certified lawyer. After working as a a commercial lawyer, the quest for taking part in social causes led Aviva to the NGO sector, first as a Music Therapist at the Children at Risk Association and eventually as a lawyer at ALUT- The Israeli Society for Children and Adults with Autism.

Holds a BMus degree from Hunter College, an LLB degree from Tel Aviv University, a Certificate in Music and Movement Therapy from Lewinsky Seminar and a Certificate in arbitration from the National Mediation Institute of the Israel Bar Association.

She lives in Ramat Gan with her life partner and her two children.
