Allie Henke is the Executive Assistant at the Ruderman Family Foundation. She holds many years of experience working in Jewish Education and within the nonprofit sector. Before moving to Boston, she served boards, organizations, and congregations in the Midwest and Cincinnati, where her responsibilities included fundraising and event planning; leading music for services and lifecycle; teaching religious school and Torah study; leading early childhood classes; establishing multigenerational programming and curricula; administrative and more. She has served as the Production and Entertainment Director of the ish Festival, bringing performers from around the world to Cincinnati to entertain and celebrate Jewish and Israeli Arts and Culture.
Allie holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Education. She also received her certification in nonprofit management from Duke University’s Nonprofit Management program. Allie was raised in Birmingham, AL and Cincinnati, OH and is currently pursuing her Masters in Jewish Education and Cantorial Studies at Hebrew College. She lives in Boston with her roommates, her two cats, and a collection of various musical instruments.
